Welcome again to “Savory Mommies” the home of meal receipts & list of dishes, Today i will guide you how to make “No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake”. I made this Delicious recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This delicious healthy recipe is easy to make and i walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it!

Ingredients :

  • 4 cups milk I used 2%
  • ½ cup white rice
  • 2 tbsp Zing Baking Blend
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipping cream

Directions :

Combine milk, rice, vanilla and Zing Baking Blend together in large saucepan.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat to medium low.
Simmer uncovered for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is cooked tender and almost all the milk is absorbed.
Pudding should still be a thick creamy liquid. It will set more once refrigerated.
Remove from stove, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate until cooled and set.
Prior to serving whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into rice pudding.
